Fast food and milkshakes

In the 1950s, McDonald’s and fast food places got milkshake machines with ready-made milkshake mix. They were quick, profitable and efficient. They took over instead of the milkshake being mixed by hand when ordering with real ice cream, real milk and different taste additives.

Some new protein recipes

1 scoop protein powder (I shorten what pp in all recipes) is 30 g. You can use both whey and oat protein.

Milk: choose what kind of milk you want: plain milk, oatmeal, almond milk, hazelnut milk, cashew milk etc. However, coconut milk (except in the recipe) is avoided because of the high calorie content. If 3 dl gets too little, take 4 dl.

Frozen banana: Thaw it a little so it won’t be too hard to run it in the food processor.

Pour all ingredients into the food processor and run until it becomes drink consistency.

The drinks are incredibly nutritious and work very well as a larger snack and also breakfast.
