How does it work?
When you choose to start training with one of our PTs, you will start with a needs analysis where you go through the following:
Your training background and any illness / injury problems
Your life situation looks and what opportunities you have to train.
What results you want to achieve or what goals you want to set.
How often you train with your PT is something you do together.
Before each training, your PT plans your training program and documents your results so that you can easily follow your progress.
What do I get help with?
We demand the best from our personal trainers so that they can bring out the best from you.
Your PT motivates you by setting goals and working with feedback and follow-up.
Your PT will also work to develop a sustainable training routine for you and reach your needs with the training.
Pepp and motivation you can expect from your PT. Your PT helps you with new perspectives and ideas on health and exercise and guides you in the jungle of training and health findings for what is best suited.
What training does a PT have?
All of us who work as personal trainers at Actic are trained, and we have a solid knowledge in training.
We have a theoretical basis in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and training theory in order to understand the basics of how our bodies are built and its function.
An educated NPT has the knowledge of analyzing the body, setting up training plans and constructing training programs that are most effective and safe based on the goals and needs of the customer.
The most important thing for us is that our personal trainers can meet all our members regardless of stage of life and find the solution that suits you best!
